When a relationship ends, it’s common to have feelings of love and affection stick around a lot longer than you might expect, leading to a state of loneliness and withdrawal. Sometimes your ex will want you back, however, be careful this can be dangerous; not only for you, but for them as well. This list will help you discover if you’re wasting your time or if they are truly the one for you so if you think your ex still wants you back, then they might be showing some of the signs listed below.
#1 Acting Jealous
If your your ex wants you back you will notice that they will be acting jealous over little things. If they see a picture of you on social media with friends they may make a sarcastic comment on it and say something like I see your having a great time.

#2 Future Pacing
Future pacing is a great way to tell if your ex still has feelings for you. You may notice your ex saying things about the future and include you in those plans. They could say something like When we go to California one day, I'd love to try surfing.

#3 Making Excuses to See You
An ex will start coming around more and more. They might say I was in the neighborhood, I remember you like concerts, any reason to get together that still feels like the friend-zone but continually coming up with viable reasons for the two of you to meet up.

#4 Asks Your Opinion
Your opinion may not have mattered so much before you broke up but now you can say no wrong. This approach will be inquisitive with comments like 'you know so much about these things' or 'you were always good at this'. All of a sudden your perspective on any given subject not only counts but is sought after. It's the subtle way of saying 'I miss your opinion'.

#5 Friends on a Mission
If you have mutual friends, another way to test the waters is to get the wing man or woman to ask you if you might still be interested. Don't kill the messenger applies in this case because some ex's send a scout to do their clean up. The friend may even put in a good word or two for the ex, just to test the water. Careful what you say because this friend will report back.

#6 Complaining about other dates
Ex's want you to know that no one lived up to you, as a mate. They will openly complain about previous dates so that you feel special and wanted. When an ex has negative things to say about people they are dating, know they are sending you a message loud and clear.
