So you’re looking for gifts to give to someone on their housewarming. Here are some useful suggestions to get you started (or finished up) on your gift search.
Each of the gifts on this list is suggested by Fupping contributors.
#1 Trivet
Best gifts are customized to the new homeowner's likes or favorites. In the event that you don’t have any intel on what the new homeowner's likes, my favorite go-to gift are 3 trivets (and yes, you should get more than 1).
I’ve spent too many painful years watching people use dish towels and pot holders as trivets. Trivets are an entertaining must have that can automatically elevate your table setting or buffet.
While there are multiple stores and online retailer you can visit to find trivets. I’ve always had good luck finding cool and unique trivets at cb2.

#2 Rustic Wall Clock
Rusted Crate provides a variety of hand-selected farmhouse, vintage products. The white rustic wall clock with black roman numerals is one of my favorites.
- Size Range: There's 3 sizes to choose from. This gives flexibility depending on the room it's going into.
- Simplistic Design: The black and white color scheme and simplistic interface (roman numerals) make it a great accent piece for almost any room
- It has a dual modern and nostalgic value: The color scheme looks a bit more modern, but the wood material and slightly distressed look put it more in the vintage category.
- Clocks are a must: Anyone moving into a home is probably upsizing, which means they'll want some unique wall decor to fill up space. Everyone loves a great clock.

#3 Pomegranate On A Marble Stone
This is an authentic artwork of the Greek artist Barbara Gerodimou, oil painting on a marble stone, depicting pomegranates. A fruit that symbolizes the abundance, the wealth and the good fortune in every new start... A perfect symbolic gift for a housewarming. In Greece, it is custom, when a marriage is coming, or a new house is built to give a gift associated with a pomegranate.

#4 Handcrafted Toffee
No artificial syrups or flavorings were harmed in the making of this product. You read that right…. they only use real, dried, Traverse City cherries in their Dark Chocolate Cherry Toffee. The result is the perfect combination of sweet and tart. With a soft crunch (aka no dentist trips here!), Dave's toffee is divine, melt in your mouth, lick your lips and go back for seconds, divine! The perfect gift for a housewarming soiree!

#8 Jelly Jars Pies
We bake pies in a lot of different formats, but one of the most popular gifts we offer is to offer four-ounce pies we bake in Jelly Jars. We package them in a gift box that holds six different flavors, include six tiny forks tied with a ribbon, and all the instructions you need (it's simple...pop the lids and eat immediately, or after a few days of recipient, freeze the individual jars and rewarm at a later date!).

#9 Stained Glass Color Wheel
These stained glass color wheels are very popular, and look gorgeous hung in a window, like a little pane of stained glass. When the sun shines, these color wheels fill the room with jewel tones. A really beautiful, standout gift. For something a little more budget-friendly, they also have lovely stained glass feathers.

#10 Brass Coil Air Plant Ornament
The Brass air plant holder retails at $28, this is a great price point, and a striking addition to any home. Air plants are very on trend at the moment, and practically impossible to kill (you can get them at your local Lowe's or Home Depot). A more fun take on the traditional house plant!
