Bad Stories by Professor Steve Almond (5/7)

Probably, the best read out there right now for Democrats is Steve Almond’s Bad Stories.

Democrats may remember Mr. Almond jiu jitsuing Hannity (as well as his unfortunate late sidekick, Alan Colmes) some years back after the author quit working at Boston College when Condi Rice was chosen to be the commencement speaker.

Mr. Almond also subsequently agitated Bill O’Reilly and Rush Limbaugh after the writer penned a New York Times Magazine op ed blasting the NFL’s handling of its concussion CTE crisis.

If Kurt Vonnegut thought like Joseph Campbell you might get something like Mr. Almond’s book.

Bad Stories is essential reading, not only for Democrats, but for all who desire to be citizens, as opposed to merely political consumers.
