Awareness of easy and manageable ways to live one’s best life from physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual perspectives matters for anyone at any age, but it’s a good foundation to have when entering young adulthood. Health and well-being incorporate more than just physiological aspects. Which is why I wrote and recommend this book. It has been a #1 best seller a few times since its publication in 2014. It is also a book that can be referenced over and over again in one’s lifetime, as the tips are timeless and universal.
