After years of research, High Performance Habits provides the key habits that successful people are using to really move the needle in their businesses and lives. As a person with a science background, I appreciate the research-based evidence in this book. Instead of wishy-washy ideas, this book focuses on real, systematic tactics that have helped thousands of people achieve their goals. Brendon’s book is also the first book that I’ve read that really focuses on actionable steps to establishing and developing these positive habits. Each habit is explained clearly, then action steps are covered to help you implement these habits in your daily life.
