I am a regular listener of the NPR podcast, “How I Built This with Guy Raz.” The podcast profiles successful entrepreneurs to understand how they started their business, what challenges they faced, and how they overcame them. It provides a great source of inspiration for non-traditional ways to drive growth — the common thread is that the entrepreneurs used unique and non-traditional ways to launch their companies and gain traction in the market. They were often forced to do it because they had limited resources, but it’s a good reminder that you don’t always need to spend a lot of money to get results.
