Spinning in Circles and Learning from Myself by Tsara Shelton (3/27)

A Collection of Stories that Slowly Grow Up by me. This is not a book teaching, or even specifically addressing, mindfulness. However, every single story is an example of being present and aware of thoughts, feelings, possibilities, and beliefs while living moments and stories in our lives. It’s mostly creative non-fiction with a few fiction short stories near the end. The stories truly do mature as they grow more confident in the practice of mindfulness, a confidence and understanding that grows through parenting, writing, and being the sibling of people with autism.
