The Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey is a great read because it offers a simple, no nonsense approach on how to get out of debt and build a strong financial future. While there are no get rich concepts in the book, you are pretty much guaranteed to be a millionaire if you religiously follow the steps outlined in the book.
