  • offer the reader a simple yet comprehensive and fully medically vetted 4 step food plan (not a DIET)
  • list off my own strategies for getting out of sticky food situations and how I live my day to day life now as life isn’t changing just because I stopped inhaling sugar like I once did.

#7 The Magic of Menopause: A Holistic Guide to Get Your Happy Back!

No Title

No Description

From the Contributor: I specifically coach women, and wrote this book to guide and support women through this natural journey. What better gift could you give a woman, then the gift of happiness, better sleep, and reduced stress? This is the perfect gift for those women struggling with out of balance hormones....which wreak havoc on their everyday lives. There are half a billion postmenopausal women in the world. The truth is, every single woman will go through Menopause in one form or another. However, they don't have to live with crappy symptoms!

#8 Six Car Lengths Behind an Elephant by Lillian McCloy

No Title

No Description

This memoir is very popular with womens' book clubs. It¹s also been quite popular with travelers. It¹s not an exposé about the CIA, per se. It¹s a personal story about what it was like being a spy's wife and the mother of his kids, moving the family all over the world during the Cold War (from Spain to India, Japan, Venezuela, and more) and managing their secret under some pretty outrageous circumstances. The book is written as a series of personal anecdotes, which makes it an easy book to pick up and resume reading at any time. Women (and men alike) find her personal stories to be entertaining, illuminating, hilarious, and remarkable.

  1. Absolutely compelling is this book which I accepted from a fellow book-enthusiast as a courtesy since the theme held no particular interest for me. Surprisingly, I found myself carving precious time out of busy days to return to it—my gold standard!

#9 Turning Toward the Sun by Denesha Chambers

#11 To Die a Bachelor by Jessica Lucci

No Title

No Description

“To Die a Bachelor” is a very risqué, I would say R rated, book of short stories about women in prison. The short stories explore characters from all walks of life who wound up together in the same women’s prison. The stories combine into an overall story. There are intense lesbian sex scenes (not rape or violent) which some readers might find provocative, but I wrote them to show the importance of this physical closeness between particular characters.

This is a cinematic book that lays out in harsh technicolor all that is fake, brutal and life-snuffing about American culture.
