#1 Blind Faith: Walking by Faith to Receive What You Cannot See

Blind Faith: Walking by Faith to Receive What You Cannot See
This is the story of the “man who was blind since birth,” whom Jesus healed by placing mud on his eyes and told to “Go to the Pool Siloam” to wash and receive his sight (John 9). But unlike your normal Bible story, this book looks at the events surrounding this miracle from the perspective of the Blind Man! What he heard. What he thought. What he experienced. The highs; the lows; the confusion; the excitement. The price he paid for receiving his healing. This book won the “New Apple Best in Category” award soon after being published!

#6 Grace Revolution: Experience the Power to Live Above Defeat

Grace Revolution: Experience the Power to Live Above Defeat
Personal Recommendation: This book and the teaching by Joseph Prince helped me to break free of the judgement that I was giving as a Christian and the judgement I was receiving. I learned to walk in the Grace that Christ gives us.

This book lead me into a deeper self-study of Grace and Christ in the bible. I feel that this booked helped to give me a starting place to live in Grace so that when my son told me he was gay, everyone was afraid I would act like a judgmental Christian; that is all too common and turn my back on him. That is the complete opposite of what happened.

I was able to tell him he is my son and I love him unconditionally and not judgingly as I am not judge and am loved unconditionally by Christ. (It is in the Bible read it and find it for those who are trying to live under the law that Christ has fulfilled) By Grace and Love of Christ I have been able to share more with others than I ever was able to as a Law (10 Commandments) enforcing Christian. I hope that others are willing to start learning about Grace.

Two Testaments by Chris Livingston
A Comprehensive Comparison of the Teachings of the New Testament and the Book of Mormon is a study of the theology of the New Testament and the Book of Mormon (two testaments) that proves and shows that their teachings and doctrines are the same-a singularity!

As far as can be determined, this is the first comprehensive comparative study of the theology of the two testaments. In addition to providing knowledge absolute that the theology in them is the same, Two Testaments is designed as a spiritual guidebook providing intelligence unsurpassed regarding the purpose of life, if one chooses to pursue it.

The two testaments are God’s proclamation, blessing, and challenge to the world. They proclaim that the fulness of the gospel of Jesus Christ is destined to revolutionize and civilize the world by bringing forth and establishing universal equality, peace, prosperity, and love.

#13 Story-Formed Pathways to Peace by Dalton Reimer

Story-Formed Pathways to Peace by Dalton Reimer
Story-Formed Pathways to Peace calls readers to action around a single vision making peace a reality. It draws on the unexpected power of stories to transform the world. The stories retold here have resonated through the ages not only with those religious but also with thinkers, artists, musicians, and others who have seen in them universal patterns of behavior.

Now retold with commentary as seen through the lens of conflict and peacemaking, they illuminate pathways to peace as relevant today as when first told. Each chapter is fronted with imagined headlines of the ancient story with actual parallel headlines from the present, thus highlighting this connection of past and present. It is then in going back that pathways toward peace are illuminated for the present and future.
