Jump! Trampoline, Parkour & Freerunning

Jumping is one of the best exercises you can do to counteract the sedentary office routine. The trampoline offers quite a few advantages over skipping rope, which is hard on the knees and jarring on the body. Not to mention that trampoline jumping is much more FUN!

When buying a trampoline, get one with a safety net and padding around the perimeter, and material that will do well in the rain if it’s going to be outdoors.

Of course, some people use the entire city as their trampoline. Check out these able-bodied lads (and one lass) “freerunning” (basically fancy, acrobatic parkour):
