In order for an organization to run like a well-oiled machine, it must be spearheaded by a knowledgeable and effective leader. Additionally, it will allow a leader to more easily adapt their management, communication, and teaching styles to best suit each individual team member. This will help the leader better understand their team members as individuals, and adaptability will help keep their organization on the cutting edge of innovation.

As such, it’s important that they possess a healthy dose of confidence—not only in themselves and in their abilities, but also in the decisions they make.
