The outside of the hotel building is just as important as the inside. Cracks in the foundation, broken windows and doors, and chipped paint all make a poor first impression. Keep the outside of the building maintained so that guests feel safe and taken care of.

Landscaping

Landscaping deals with cosmetic improvements, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t important. In fact, it’s the first impression your guests receive when pulling in. Maintain the landscaping to maintain your reputation for quality.
