This is a great web design course for absolute beginners. Paul Cheney, the course creator and college instructor, walks you through every step of basic web design. Students learn how to create a wire frame, understand HTML and CSS, and add mobile responsiveness to a website. The course is designed to accompany Cheney’s university class, so completion of this Udemy course is the equivalent of completing a 3-credit college course.
