Maybe your professor tells you that you need to purchase a textbook you didn’t know about or maybe your car needs a repair. Regardless of what happens, you need to have a portion of money available for unexpected expenses, especially emergencies. When you create your budget, try putting a little money away for a rainy day. You never know when you might need it.
