The best way for me to swap fruit for a dessert is to go frozen. Take some frozen berries (blueberries work great) and top them with unsweetened almond milk and some stevia. The frozen blueberries partially freeze the milk, making for a uniquely smooth texture akin to soft serve with 1/5 of the calories!
