Fruit and vegetable-based flours (12/42)

No Description

This is a great gift for an adventurous vegetarian baker, in addition to those who are looking for gluten-free flours due to celiac disease. These flours tend to be pricey compared to wheat flour, and the baker may not want to buy these for themselves for that reason. There are lots of fun-sounding recipes online that use these, such as double pumpkin bread, which uses both canned pumpkin and some pumpkin flour. There are a lot of possibilities for baking with these.
