Keep a gratitude journal (14/26)

What works for me is keeping a gratitude journal and writing in it every night before bed as I reflect. Also, doing my refrigerator every Sunday as a “positivity platform”. I bought magnetic “blackboards” and different neon markers and change it first thing every Sunday morning depending on an area I want to focus on in my life.
