As a small business focused on data analytics, we love hiring interns, primarily because of the fresh ideas and strategies they bring. Our industry is in the midst of rapid disruption, and bringing in young people who are in the midst of college or just graduated helps us all learn the newest techniques, tools and ideas that our clients will ask us about in the near future. We also love giving these soon-to-be or new grads a chance to get experience and learn job skills before they go into a largerbusiness where they may not get as much one-on-one attention and coaching.
