Noodles are a great kid-friendly option to keep your child nourished during the day. Add a sauce with roasted veggies to mix in some nutrients, and include cheese or meatballs for some protein as well. And if you want to cut down on the carbs, use spaghetti squash or noodles made from vegetables instead.
