Refresh your Bedding (4/8)

The bed sheets gather a serious collection of dust, skin cells, sweat, body oils and even urine. And, wherever human skin cells are present, there are dust mites to eat them. They are a very serious allergen. To prevent this from happening, wash all bedding and mattress covers in hot water to kill any dust mites. You can add ½ cup of vinegar to your wash to remove any odors and soften your sheets.

To deep clean your mattress using baking soda, sprinkle some over the mattress. Let it sit at least 30 minutes (the more you let the soda sit, the better) and then gently vacuum away.
