Laser-like focus on the one thing that will have the greatest knock-on effect is where you should be concentrating your energy.
Success is based on sequentially doing the right things habitually and not just for a few days or weeks.
Motivation is finite and will run out, so make the most of it while it is high to create the habits that will serve you for life.
When it comes to getting in shape, sticking to your New Year’s Resolutions and succeeding in 2019 this is another book I highly recommend you buy this year.
