Trishmoves are the first nutrition bars made *just* for runners. The bars would make a great gift to include in your fitness gift guide — they’d be an awesome stocking stuffer for a runner!

Trishmoves bars are here to make running nutrition simple and in fact, were created to answer to the age old question every runner has faced at some point: what should I eat before I run?. There are so many bars out there but some are carb heavy, some protein heavy….there wasn’t a bar made with functional nutrition just for runners. 

Until now! With a 4:1 carb to protein ratio Trishmoves bars have the right combination of fast (and slow!) burning carbs, healthy fats, and just the right amount of protein making them the perfect thing to eat before or after a run.
