I wrote the book to help myself fall in love with my body and learn to love food that loved me back. It was truly a self-help book when I wrote it and because it helped me, I want to share the knowledge with other women. It has realistic tips on how to let go of past conditioning and realize how amazing you are. The book also has great eating and cooking tips, along with easy recipes that are gluten-free and dairy-free.
