Stress in the City: Playing my Way out of Depression (9/32)

No Description

This book talks about some fun ways to cope with depression and burnout, using stuffed toy bears and a dose of playfulness. I suggest this as this is a true account and opening up of what depression and suicide attempt are really about, and also shows what good can come out of a challenge and adversity.

It gives encouragement and inspiration in the festive season, and some ways to get in touch with our playfulness as adults, plus nudging us all for some introspection as the New Year approaches again.
