This is one of my favorite games after being so impressed with the Crash Bandicoot Trilogy Remaster. This is a really fun game to play with your friends together on a weekend. The graphics are fantastic, the colors pop nicely and the details are just so brilliant. You can really feel nostalgia playing the game especially after online games arise and playing altogether in the same room has been lost for quite some time. if you have enjoyed the PS1 version, then you’ll absolutely love this PS4 version too. It’s a game for all, for family and friends.

I would definitely recommend Horizon Chase Turbo. The whole fam will surely enjoy this one. Outrun-style retro arcade racing is back, but this time it’s much better. For those who have been playing games for a long time, Horizon Chase Turbo will be exhilarating because of how quickly it moves, how accessible it is while yet being challenging. The narrative, tournament mode, and endurance mode may all be played on split-screen with a maximum of four people. Borderlands is our go-to weekend game when we want to have long winding sessions with friends. It works great because it comes with 4 player options. The game comes with an insane amount of content, and a mad-max inspired them, which means that every player can choose to go their own way. If anything, the biggest advantage offered by Borderland is the fact that it allows for different player options. No one’s really at a disadvantage with the game. My kids and I can play at the same time because each player can choose their own level in the game.

Overcooked 2 is the type of co-op game where you’re supposed to be helping each other so that you’ll all succeed, but the game is so chaotic that chances are you may never want to speak to the people you play with ever again once you are done. The reason is that some of the game’s levels are so difficult and brutal, that even with the childish aesthetics and goofy premise, it can be challenging. You have to constantly think about a number of different things at once, like keeping an eye for potential fires, making sure the rice is boiling properly, not to mention dealing with shifting map features, among many other things. It is for this reason that chances are you will get to a point where you will probably find yourself yelling at your teammates out of frustration. However, it is this complexity that also makes it such a fun and addictive game to play with others, as when everyone completes their tasks and you pass the level, you just can’t wait to get to another big helping of delicious gameplay.

What’s interesting about this game is that it has some random damsel-in-distress characters within the game that the spelunker can save.. You can also play this with your friends, up to four players only, and do a co-op game in order to collect all the treasures and compare the group scores with all other groups of players. You can also choose to go against your friends and play a deathmatch, which we love since we get to challenge each other while playing.
