The Last of Us Part II

This product was recommended by Oliver Zak from Mad Rabbit

The Last of Us: Part 2 ups the ante on its beloved PS3 predecessor in some of the most moving, cinematic storytelling in all of gaming. Without giving too much away, the game follows survivors decades after a deadly virus swept the world turning most people into fungal zombies and the rest against each other. That may sound like an all-too-familiar genre, but unlike many imitators, Naughty Dog’s masterpiece is surprisingly poignant and life-affirming, grounded in its character relationships. Epic, scary and intuitive for any level gamer, play it before the upcoming HBO series spoils it for you.

Bloodborne

This product was recommended by Michael Jan Baldicana from bidetsPLUS

Bloodborne has been praised as one of the best games of its generation and as one of the best horror games ever made. It has also earned critical acclaim for its gameplay, atmosphere, art design, sound design, music composition and its unique Hunter’s Dream system that allows players to explore their own mental state during gameplay.

Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate (PS4)

This product was recommended by Madilyn Hill from TruePersonFinder Inc.

Mortal Kombat 11 showcases a glorious, soul-crushing fatal combat game. It features amazing graphics to bring MK fighter characters to life and outstanding music. The complete character roster forged new alliances in the battle to save all of existence. It brings fan-favorite characters from the Mortal Kombat series like Baraka, Rain, Mileena, Scarlet, Kabal, Jade, and frost. This game is perfect for combat and action enthusiasts as this game is filled with gruesome fatalities and brutalities.

Apex Legends

This product was recommended by Jason Cordes from CocoLoan

This game tries to stand out amidst the rise of the Battle Royale genre. It uses similar gameplay mechanics, giving it a distinctive edge over other battle royale games with its faster pace. It uses specific legends with different skills that create the need for teamwork and synergizing among different characters. This game is a high-octane game that is highly recommended.

Dragon’s Lair Trilogy

This product was recommended by Rob Greene from Price of Meat

I remember when my older brother first introduced me to Dragon’s Lair, the arcade game designed by world-renowned animator Don Bluth. It was gorgeous, like a Disney film come to life and the set moves and patterns that the game follows and followed made it feel as if you were part of a much larger story and main character in the adventure instead of a bit player. And this edition features all three chapters in the Dirk story and is the only PS4 game that I routinely return to time and time again.

God Of War

This product was recommended by Rodney Riley from Online Turf

God of War is astonishing, from the immersive storyline to incredible graphics and playability this game gets everything right. I don’t get as much chance as I would like playing games these days but GoW has blown me away.

Elder Scrolls V

This product was recommended by Granger McCollough from Elite Patio Direct

Although it was released over a decade ago and has been released 15 different times on 10 different gaming platforms, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, has to be one of the greatest games, not only for the ps4 but for all time. For me, no game has topped the world-building, stories, and sheer depth of Skyrim, and until a new Elder Scrolls game is released, I don’t think anyone can beat it. That is why I think it has to go in the top 100 ps4 games.

Marvel’s Spider-Man

This product was recommended by James “Jimmy” Watts from Own The Grill

I started reading Spidey when I was just a kid and the book has been on my pull list since I was twelve years old. I’ve even got a Spider-Man tattoo, so it won’t surprise anyone who knows me that my favorite PS4 game of all time is Marvel’s Spider-Man. How could it not be? It’s the game that lets you swing through the streets of New York and save the city and the world from the machinations of the Sinister Six.

Wolfenstein: The New Order

This product was recommended by Lyle Florez from EasyPeopleSearch

I don’t argue very much. I’m fine with people shouting anything they want, no matter how ridiculous it is or how strongly I disagree. Except when it comes to Wolfenstein: The New Order, a game in which I’m downright nasty. If you don’t like it, I’ll yell at you. I will drown you in a hundred copies of the game until you profess allegiance to it.

Oxenfree

This product was recommended by Lyle Florez from EasyPeopleSearch

Oxenfree highlights the ups and downs of friendship, particularly the heightened passions of adolescent companionship. Regardless of how believable these characters and their connections are, you may wish to avoid them entirely, especially early in the game. Even Alex, the character you control, can irritate you with her petty comments and irritating humor. Oxenfree recreates that sense of self-mortification that should be most acute during your adolescent years and how we’re not always capable of speaking what we want to say.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice

This product was recommended by Steven Walker from Spylix

Fun is a vague, subjective idea that many critics want to avoid, yet there isn’t a better word to describe why Sekiro’s repetition never becomes an issue. Sekiro’s tightrope combat—a precise combination of patience, time, and precision that can swing from stately to frenzied in an instant—is both physically and cognitively fulfilling and a continually growing challenge. It preserves the same kernel of pure, unabashed pleasure that you feel when you first hold its defense-oriented, posture-disrupting action but gradually changes it with the continuous introduction of new skills and methods.

Hitman

This product was recommended by Steven Walker from Spylix

If you read it long enough, you’ll encounter interesting subplots that will lead you down new paths. The finest one I saw was one woman requesting another to enter the same group of individuals you were attempting to infiltrate to save a magazine owned by one of the targets. With the potential of over 200 people losing their jobs because of her, the woman urges a friend to put her life in danger. As she agonizes over what she’s been asked to do, she walks to a neighboring lavatory to phone her friend. These stories help create the sense of location that Hitman has always excelled at, and they entice you to keep exploring.

Cities Skylines: Parklife Edition

This product was recommended by Joseph Greene from Trinidad Birding

I really think Cities: Skylines deserves a place in the top 100 ps4 games simply because it is the best city building sim on the market at the moment and has been since its release in 2015. Paradox is constantly adding new content to the already packed-full game and there are so many ways to enjoy building (and destroying) a city now. Unlike some strategy games that switch to console, Cities: Skylines doesn’t feel clunky and is very easy to control.

Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga

This product was recommended by Michael Rose from Union Law Firm

I’ve been obsessed with two things since I was young. Star Wars and Lego, and now that I’m slightly (and by that, I mean a lot) and actually have disposable income, I can afford to indulge my passion for both, and this game is the perfect crossover title that brings the things I adore together in a massive, immensely playable and incredibly enjoyable game. It is, quite literally, the best Ps4 game ever.

Control

This product was recommended by Anastasia Allmon from FRP Legal

I’ve never seen too many people talk about this game, and I kind of understand why. The company’s previous two games weren’t particularly well-received, but Control more than makes up for it with really engaging and fun game-play and an interesting story. There was also so much extra information to pick up and some of it was actually really funny – I always enjoy seeing the writers get to express themselves more through pick-ups. I don’t want to spoil anything, but I think that this game is visually incredible and a lot of fun to play, more people need to pick it up!

Borderlands: The Handsome

This product was recommended by Thalita Ferraz from Her Bones

I LOVE the Borderlands games and was really excited when they released the Handsome collection with all of the DLC included so I could explore Pandora and Elpis and the crazy stuff happening on there all over again. These games might not be for everyone, but the style and humor are so cool and manage to capture me completely when playing, plus it’s multiplayer so you can appreciate them with your friends as well!

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End

This product was recommended by Ross Jurewitz from Jurewitz Law Group

A really incredible finale to Nathan Drake’s story, I absolutely loved Uncharted 4. I think that it built upon the mechanics and elements of the first 3, and perfected the formula without giving up any of the charms that drew us all to the Uncharted series to begin with. Plus, I actually really liked how it ended for the characters and how it set up the potential for future games.

It Takes Two

This product was recommended by Jesse Foster from Hover Patrol

It Takes Two is a phenomenal game whether you play it alone or with someone else. It stems from the storyline of two parents who are considering divorce as they no longer seem to get along. They have a daughter who notices the strain between them and she makes a wish to try and keep them together. This then turns the parents into dolls the daughter made, and they have to work together as these dolls to try and get back to their daughter. This game is fun, whitty and the graphics are also unreal. It has quirky mini games and it can be tough, especially when trying to play it with someone else. But it brings on laughs and good challenges which are hard to find in many games these days. This is one of the best Ps4 games out there. It is fun for anyone!

Little Big Planet 3

This product was recommended by Megan Moore from Photography-Lighting

This game was one of the first creations to get me into playing regularly on the PS4, simply because of its huge amount of innovation and excitement! I think the LittleBigPlanet universe is so great because it isn’t based on battle or competitions, which for those who avoid conflict (like me) makes it a much easier game to enjoy. World-building is one of the best parts of any game, and I love that you can explore other people’s levels while also relishing in creating your own, literal, little big planet.

Stardew Valley: Collector’s Edition

This product was recommended by Jessica Lauren Vine from RV Idiots

Stardew Valley is somehow one of the most relaxing and infuriating games I have ever played, and I have loved every second of it. At first glance, Stardew looks like a fun little farming game, but the amount of depth and things to do this game has is astonishing. Other than that, its art style is probably one of my favorite in any video game.
